GENERAL RETURN

ELECHOLDER products are warranted to be free of defects in material and manufacture workmanship under normal use and service. Warranty coverage period of household appliances is not to exceed 12 months from original invoice date with the exception of parts otherwise noted below:

Electrical Components: Are warranted for a period of 3 months from original invoice date. In case of an order arrives damaged or incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, please contact ELECHOLDER sales rep for replenishment within 3 working days since the receipt.

Accessories: Are warranted for 6 months after installation from original invoice date.

Cutters: Are warranted against premature breakage for a period of 90 days from original invoice date, but are not limited to, blades, tips and side cutters.

Other than as expressly provided hereby, IWISS shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, transportation and towing costs, cost of purchased or replaced good, or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise or result from the sale, installation, or use of these parts. Failures determined to arise from owner or operator abuse, improper assembly, exposure to weather conditions, negligence, damage by accidents, or lack of proper maintenance are not covered by this warranty.

Claim Procedure:

Customer shall notify ELECHOLDER regarding a warranty claim contacting our sales rep. Claim description is required with every claim and is responsibility of customer to complete all information requested in a timely manner.
ELECHOLDER after-sale team will review the claim and notify customer of claim status.
All parts returned to ELECHOLDER should have original labels and be properly packaged for shipping.ELECHOLDER Warranty will be void if returned merchandise is damaged due to improper packaging or neglect. Coverage will also be void if any third party delivering such merchandise has damaged the product.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shortage/Damage Claims
Notification of material shortages or incorrect filling of orders must be made to ELECHOLDER within 10 days of receipt. No claims over three months old will be honored. Buyer agrees to make all complaints for damage in transit or “short count” directly to the carrier; before the contents are unloaded have the carrier agent’s acknowledgment of such damage noted on the bill of lading and to present to the carrier its agent’s acknowledgment of such damaged material with formal claim covering said damage.

Due to the COVID-19, ELECHOLDER encountered shortage of certain spare parts, therefore, with keeping good quality in mind, ELECHOLDER sourced for spare parts from other resources. ELECHOLDER is hereby to promise all products  sold by ELECHOLDER are of premium quality as always.
